Shipping policy

PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR PRODUCT ARRIVAL. WE POST FREQUENT SHIPPING UPDATES (AND DELAYS IF APPLICABLE) ON OUR INSTAGRAM. 

WHEN PRE-ORDERS ARE OPENED, PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THE PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TO BE COMPLETED. WAIT TIMES MAY VARY BETWEEN 2-4 WEEKS.                                                            

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

WE DO OUR BEST TO SEND OUT ALL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, IT CAN NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees. taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
